Bloggers Block?

Rarely do I run out of things to say.

Just ask my husband.  Or my Mom.

But I seem to be having a major bout of writers block.  I can't think of a thing to say to all of you lovely people.  Honestly, I wish I could cop out and just use a whole bunch of pictures in place of words (we all do it!!) but I don't have a camera...which means very few pictures.

I know, I'm bummed too.

Does anyone use essential oils?  My MIL gave me lavender last night for a specific purpose, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of any great uses for lavender oil?  I'm off to research...


Here's hoping this lack of words passes quickly, anyone want to know anything about me??  Anything at all?

Lavendar is really good for helping with relaxation and sleep. I also use essential oils in my garbage cans, so they don't get so stinky. You can put a few drops onto cottonballs and put them in your various trashcans (not IN The garbage bag, but under them), and they keep your trashcans smelling a bit more fresh. You can burn essential oils in oil burners (you can often find them and the tea-light candles at the dollar store). Additionally you can use essential oils to make bath salts. If you use them for bedtime bath, it can help you (or your kids) to sleep. I made peppermint bath salts for some friends for Christmas one year (super easy and cheap), and a fun gift. Hope those couple of ideas work. I don't know a ton about essential oils, but I know a bit :D

I've used lavender oil on my temples for migraines before.

oh yes, the wonderful blogger's block. I've had it once (bad) and several times (mild) and I'll be getting it again ... probably tomorrow. It seems to happen after vacation for me. go figure. you would think it would be the opposite.
