A Kindergarten Grad and a Proud BMom

I have an unusually large amount of stuff to get done today, so I think I'll blog first.

Priorities people!

Yesterday was a good, good day.  My husband had the day off and my little birth

daughter was graduating from kindergarten!  I hadn't seen her or her family in a few months and it was fantastic to see them as usual.  I love that they think to invite me to these kinds of things!

When the program ended she ran right past her grandparents, her parents and me and Davin to get to Ava.  She loves Ava.  Then she walked around carrying her like this to tell all of her little friends that "this is Ava, my birthsister".  Oh my, talk about melting my heart.

They had a great time running around together.

Me and my "mini me".  In my personal opinion she looks like her birthFather, not me.  But people see her with me more than him (he lives a couple states away and comes to see her when he can).  Maybe she's just a good mix?

Oh, and that's the only belly picture you'll be getting for awhile...I feel huge, but I don't look it in this picture, so that makes me happy.

Last weekend Davin and I headed up the canyon to have a picnic and to see if there would be any snow during our summer vacation this year.  It was gorgeous and Ava had a blast!

How's that for picture overload?  

One more thing (if you got this far)...Davin doesn't get to come on our vacation with us and I am VERY sad about this.  I'd say it took about 3/4ths of the excitement out of my vacation.  So, we're looking for somewhere we can go together that I'll enjoy pregnant that wont cost us an arm and a leg.  Any ideas?
